What is Deoxyarbutin?

Deoxyarbutin or or D-Arbutin is a new generation of brightening and whitening Cosmetic Ingredients. It is mainly used in advanced whitening cosmetics. Deoxyarbutin has high whitening efficacy compared to Arbutin, Alpha Arbutin, Kojic Acid, Hydroquinone.
